Want to de-stress, learn to become more flexible, learn how to breathe properly and so much more.. well come and join our beginners Yoga Class on:

$15 per person per session.
Time 2.45pm - 3.45pm
Please wear comfortable clothing for easy movement and have a light lunch.
Bring a Yoga Mat, water bottle and towel.
